A message from Ana:
βIn my practice, I work within relational therapy frameworkβhelping individuals and couples understand and improve both their internal and external relationships. By fostering deeper self-awareness, we create pathways for more loving, fulfilling connections and a richer life experience. Life itself is an ever-evolving transition, and emotional and interpersonal challenges often shift. In these moments, having a safe, supportive space to reflect and grow is key to thriving.
I work collaboratively with clients to explore their internal dynamics in order to understand unmet needs, so they could make the changes towards their personal values, goals and dreams.
Whether youβre facing emotional or behavioral challenges, I provide a therapeutic space where we can examine, reflect, and explore these issues in the "here and now." Through this process, we unlock deeper understanding and support lasting growth.
Psychological therapy is a dynamic, transformative journey. The benefits vary based on your unique emotional and developmental needs, and I adapt my approach to best support you. I work with individuals and couples of all ages, including children and older adults, tailoring my methods to suit specific therapy goals and developmental needs (particularly when working with children).β
