A message from Dr Jess

“I am excited to be providing these assessment services for Coolangatta Psychology. I describe my work as holistic because it’s important to acknowledge how all aspects of life contribute to our mental health, such as physical health, sleep, work, relationships, attachment and childhood experiences. I also consider the impact broader societal issues like discrimination, colonisation, war and climate change can have on a person’s mental health. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can deepen your understanding of self to support your wellbeing.”

Dr Jess is an Independent Practitioner consulting at Coolangatta Psychology.
